Opportunities and Obstacles

Want a possible career in Public Service? Four distinguished WSU alumni women will discuss their careers since graduation and give their advice of how to overcome potential obstacles and succeed in public service. Ask these women any questions you might have and receive beneficial advice on how to break into public service.

The panel consists of: Joni Earl, CEO of Sound Transit; Patricia McInturff, former department director for City of Seattle; Sue Rahr, Sheriff of King County; and moderator Connie Niva, microbiologist and former Washington State Transportation Commissioner and Everett Port Commissioner. 

Free and open to all students!
